Hi I’m Jingwen.

As someone active in storage investing, I know how much depth lies behind every operational decision and every property sign. I’ve always been fascinated by the people who built America’s storage businesses — the ones who turned small plots of land into places that serve their communities every day. Behind every facility is a story of risk, resilience, and learning.

I started this project to document those stories, to listen to the lessons owners have gathered over the years of building and managing their facilities. I believe those insights deserve to be heard and remembered.

Through these conversations, my goal is to connect with independent storage owners and have their experiences and wisdom inspire others in the storage community.
