Throughout my real estate investing journey, I’ve learned the most from listening to other owners — the risks they took, the challenges they navigated, and the principles that helped them build thriving businesses that support their families and communities.

Behind the Units began as a way to document those stories. I wanted to create a place where the wisdom storage owners gather over years of building and running their facilities could be shared, appreciated, and passed on.
